The following steps will get you going quickly.


Note: you can always go back and update your settings later.


  1. Click "Account Settings" at the top.
  2. Enter your mobile number if you want to be able to text thoughts to yourself.
  3. Enter your temperaments. Suggestions include: sharp, normal, drowsy, lazy
  4. Enter the territories (e.g. home, office, car) relevant to your life.
  5. Enter the task types (e.g. brainstorming, reading, watching) relevant to your life. Types are most helpful as another type of "mood" e.g. you're in the mood to write, or brainstorm, or read.
  6. Enter the tools (e.g. phone, 3D printer) relevant to your life.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. Click "Themes" on the left and start entering themes relevant to your life (e.g. finances, marriage, job, volunteering
  9. Once you've created each theme, add at least one target under each theme.
  10. Add at least one task under each target
  11. Now you're ready to TACKLE. Click "Tackle Tasks" and indicate your current mood and contexts.
